With the busy summer, it became pretty much impossible to update the website with all the news, results & photos collected at the various events... The power of Facebook came into play and I am now using it as my daily vector of news. Of course the website will still support reports, summaries of events, clinics news and other information of interest. Curradinghy-TCS optimist summer program a success.
With sailors from France, Bermuda, India, GBR, Hong Kong and of course many sailors of the Irish fleet the program was very successful thanks to the hard work of lead coach Ross Vaughan. Silverware was colloected at every level and kids have enjoyed the international flavour. The idea is to continue on the momentum and propose a winter program. Medals 2012: Cliodhna Ni Suileabhan, IRL : Silver girl at French summer cup (A fleet, Gold); Silver girl at Irish open nationals (senior fleet).
