ISA squad updates

The ISA national squad program has now started. After a succesful weekend in Cork for the 11 sailors of the core group working out goals, getting to know each other the squad really kick started their training in Killaloe under the eyes of Ross Killian and myself. With various conditions being provided it was extremely beneficial and the video debrief added up greatly to the quality of the 3 days. The first event of the season saw 4 squad members in the top 4. For such a young group, it is surely a great start. The next outing will be in Dublin in order to prepare Palma, Final event of the Autumn program. As usual it will be a big one with the transition group re-enforcing the squad. The 5 extra sailors have indeed trained on various other class but will come back to their oppy for the big events.
